30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please send an email to hello@malabae.com.au with the following information:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at hello@malabae.com.au, and our customer support team will guide you through the process.
Shipping
To return your product, please follow the instructions provided by our customer support team. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
